    Certified Pilates Instructor

    After practicing Pilates for over sixteen years, Marta decided to leave her career in the corporate world to make Pilates a lifestyle (Do Pilates Do Life!). Marta achieved her Pilates Certification Training with Club Pilates Comprehensive 500 hours Training Program. Her love of Pilates comes through in the studio, where she is always trying to connect with her students and share that passion with them. She focuses on the student’s connection with their body and movement, always breaking down each exercise so that her students understand what they are doing and why. Marta’s relaxed but clear cueing will have you leaving her class feeling challenged, worked out, and also peaceful.

    Certified & Lead Pilates Instructor

    Catherine has 30 years combined experience in the fitness industry as a Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Consultant and Program Designer. Catherine has a 500 hour Pilates Training (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels) with Stott Pilates on all the Apparatus since 2002. She is certified to teach: Aerobics, Strength, Spin, Yoga and Pilates. Catherine’s personal style and approach to fitness incorporates the “whole” person: mind, body and spirit. Her classes are specifically designed to restore balance to core muscle groups, helping the body to return to it's “neutral” settings. She has continued to develop her ability to design class and client programs based on her growing knowledge of functional anatomy and extensive years of client experience. Improving both posture and structural alignment through "proper programming" is always her goal when designing Pilates classes. Her intelligent and mindful approach to exercise is cutting edge for a future generation impacted by technology and external stressors.

    Certified Pilates Intructor

    Erin Carlisle Norton is a professional dancer, choreographer, movement educator, Pilates instructor, and Artistic Director of the nonprofit dance company The Moving Architects. She has taught Pilates throughout the country at gyms, dance studios, universities, community centers, and private studios in Chicago, NYC, New Jersey, Columbus (OH), and Rehoboth Beach (DE), and continues to guest teach and tour regionally, nationally, and internationally through her dance company. Erin holds a BFA and MFA in Dance from The Ohio State University and a Graduate-level Laban Certificate in Movement Analysis from Columbia College Chicago. She became a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2005 through the Pilates Method Alliance and From the Center Pilates Studio in Chicago, with Barre training through TotalBarre. Erin’s goal as a Pilates instructor is to help individuals build strength of body and strength of mind to live and feel better every day.

    Jennifer is a professional dancer, Pilates instructor, and movement enthusiast. With a strong dance and fitness background, Jennifer brings a dynamic approach to classical Pilates instruction. Her goal as an instructor is to help individuals learn to carry their Pilates Principles throughout everyday life by harmonizing breath, concentration, control, and flow in the body. Each class will connect mind to body with a safe yet challenging workout that will help increase your focus, strength, and flexibility so you can move and live more freely! Jennifer holds a BFA in Dance from Montclair State University. She has received her training with Club Pilates and Authentic Pilates studying the classical Joseph Pilates Methodology.

  • Crissy Dudonis

    Certified Pilates Instructor

    Crissy began practicing pilates in 2000 and immediately was hooked. Crissy earned her pilates certification in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels through the highly respected STOTT PILATES® Method in 2005.  She is also a trained Total Barre ™ instructor. Total Barre integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. In addition, she also holds certifications in TRX ® , Schwinn Indoor Cycling, PiYo and Cardio Barre. She teaches her clients how to strengthen their deep spinal and core abdominal muscles and how doing so will improve on all other activities like walking, running, tennis, etc as well as improve posture and flexibility. In addition, she teaches how to achieve a healthy, fit body without adding bulk.

    Evangelina’s lifelong passion for fitness and dance started at an early age with her love of ballet and modern jazz. She believes in the mind-body-spirit connection for a balanced and fulfilled life. Accredited by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Fitness Instructor, she holds certifications in Pilates, Barre, Aerial fitness and Aerial Restorative Yoga.     Debra has 30+ years in fitness training experience including Pilates training since 1999. She is a certified Pilates Instructor with a broad spectrum of training that included Polestar Education, Power Pilates NYC, Balanced Body, Barre - V-Barre NYC, Leslie Bender Barre Method, and TRX- NYC. She is certified to teach across all Pilates equipment, Reformer, EXO Chair, Tower and all associated Pilates apparatuses. Debra began teaching with Club Pilates since 2017.
